Yesterday, Miss Stanley and I took a team of year 5 and 6 football players to the Rural Schools Football Tournament held at John Hanson Secondary school. Through shear grit, determination and amazing skill and teamwork the team played a number of matches against different schools culminating in two matches at the end; one against the winning team and then a play off for third and fourth place. I am delighted to announce that our team came third! This is a fantastic achievement. I am very proud of all of them; they dug deep when they needed to, played together perfectly and exemplified our school values-the Grateley way!                                                                                       Congratulations to: Maddie, Frankie, Jude, Jack, Daniel, Kaitlyn, Riley and Milly- you are all superstars!
