Today we became 'dragonologists', searching for evidence of dragons in the woodland. Children were told of a dragon sighting by some local residents, claiming that they had seen red, blue and gold colours as the dragon flew over head. Today the children discovered scales, claw marks and a nest! Inside were some beautiful hatched eggs, and one egg very different from the rest with a sleeping baby still inside...
