Zoolab visit
Darwin Class had a great time last week, looking at all of the different animals that Zoolab brought into school. We were all very brave and either managed to hold or stroke some or all of the animals. We enjoyed meeting the very slimy snail, although he left our hands a little sticky! After that was a millipede and a snake, followed by a much cuddlier gerbil. The gecko came last and after a class vote, we decided that this was the most popular one. The children asked lots of interesting questions and listened really well to everything the handler told them. We also wrote some fantastic recounts of the visit when we got back to class!
